Life cycle of IT and CT services

Redesign of the entire life cycle of IT and CT solutions from business analysis to strategic planning tools. The redesign is covered by several projects, including a number of self-developed applications. These applications include interactive timetabling, passenger transport sales and passenger information systems.
The redesign is intended to combine several software and system solutions for system operators to provide end-to-end coverage. The IT and CT infrastructure consists of several software systems and data centres with about a thousand servers of different sizes and types. In addition, the operation of the data networks is based on a variety of technologies
The project will be delivered using SAVe methodologies and cross-functional teams.
